60 minutes, one-on-one with a coach. We'll tour the box, talk goals, and walk you through the basic movements.

Whether it's your first kettlebell swing or your 200kg deadlift, we've got a class for you. Every session is coach-led, time-capped, and built around the community on the floor with you.
ALL LEVELS
Constantly varied movements at high intensity. Programmed daily. The original and the best.
BEGINNER
Your first four weeks. Learn the lifts, the language, and meet the crew before joining group classes.
INTERMEDIATE
Snatch and clean & jerk technique. Built for athletes who want to add the Olympic lifts to their toolkit.
Conditioning
Pure engine work. Rowers, runs, bikes, and bodyweight. No heavy barbells — just lungs and grit.
ALL LEVELS
High-intensity interval training. Short bursts, big results. Burn calories, build engine, leave drenched.
INTERMEDIATE
Private sessions with a head coach. Sport-specific prep, rehab, or just zero-distraction skill work.
We don't care if you can do a pull-up. We care if you show up. The first class is the hardest one — and after that, the people on the floor will pull you the rest of the way.
Every class is led by a CF-Level 1 certified coach. Form gets fixed before the weight goes up.
The 5 AM crew, the post-work squad, the Saturday team. You'll know everyone's name by month two.
Every WOD has a beginner, intermediate, and Rx version. You'll never be the only one not finishing.
Benchmarks, PRs, body comp. We track it all so you can see the work paying off — in numbers, not vibes.
